How does the project customization process work?
We created universal concepts for different rooms: hallway, kitchen-living room, bedroom, children's room, bathroom, shower room and study. Accent finishes and furniture solutions are adapted to the layout of the apartment.
What is included in the package price?
You can calculate the cost of the renovation on the website by selecting a style. The price includes design, author's supervision, building and finishing materials, labor, fixtures, doors and plumbing.
What is the implementation period of the project?
The project development period lasts from 1 to 1.5 months,
The construction period is from 2 to 3 months, depending on the area of the apartment.
Can I make changes to a standard design?
When ordering a service, we adjust the finished style of the project. If changes are needed, their scope is discussed with a possible surcharge.
Can I order just the design?
This service is only available for comprehensive implementation by our teams in Warsaw and Krakow. However, you can always order an individual project at [profilu Jay Design](link to profile).
Are there any guarantees for the repair work?
Yes. Warranty of 24 months for renovation work from the date of acceptance.
What is NOT included in the cost of the project?
